UPIK - Association of Rules and Punishments is an association that deals with maintaining order, whether at home or in traffic. We mainly deal with the rules of driving LEV, otherwise known as e-scooters. Our rulebooks cover Serbia, Germany, Canada and the United States. The most developed rules are found in the rulebook for Serbia. To access our rulebooks, you can find them in the page menu, or simply click here. This association was founded in mid-2024. UPIK has two staff members. There is one editor for all UPIK documents. UPIK uses a rulebook system. Our rulebooks are organized and regularly updated. In detail, all rights, obligations, limitations, permits, and much more are presented to you in one place. Our rulebooks are publicly available.

Are you a government organization, and are you associated with police?

--> No, UPIK is private and has nothing to do with the police. Our rules are by the law of the respective country (to which the rules are related), but our rules are not the country's law. Any limitations within UPIK are simply a stricter version of said law of a country.

How can I become a member?

--> You can click here to apply for UPIK. Please read the instructions carefully before opening the form.

Can I become a staff member?

--> We are not currently accepting applications for UPIK staff.

Where do I report a person?

--> You can report UPIK drivers by finding the "Report a Violation" section on the website and filling out the form.

How do I report UPIK staff?

--> All staff reports are made via the staff help form. In the form, instead of "staff", please indicate that you are requesting an editor.

How do I request emergency intervention?

--> You can call for roadside assistance and emergency vehicles in the "Emergency Intervention" section of this website.

What scooter do I need to have to apply to become a UPIK member?

--> Your vehicle must be officially registered in your respective country as an e-scooter. The model, brand, and other vehicle details do not affect your application to UPIK.

What vehicles do UPIK members use?

--> UPIK members use "Xiaomi" brand vehicles.
